Where is Not Today based?
We operate out of Canada, Bali, and LA. Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from any of those locations.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You can view estimated delivery windows on our Shipping Policy page.
Where is my order?
You can track your order using your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. If your tracking hasn't updated, give it 24 to 48 hours to activate after you receive your shipping email.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy and instructions.
Do you restock sold-out items?
In most cases, no. Many of our products are limited runs, designed to keep each drop exclusive. If something sells out, it’s usually gone for good.
How do I know what size to order?
You can check our Size Guide for help. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I update or cancel my order?
